The project S16/S17 designed by architectural firms RCR Arquitectes (2017 Pritzker Prize) and CALQ will stand on the upstream tip of Île Seguin in Boulogne-Billancourt. This new area devoted to culture will include a centre for art, an 8-screen cinema and retail units.

The cultural facilities will stand along one side of an internal street leading to the banks of the Seine and the main building to be used for retail purposes will stand along the other. Overhanging the river, the centre for art has been designed as a link between the two banks of the Seine.

The upper terrace of the cultural centre will feature a garden, most of which will be planted. The offices «set» on the terrace, will blend in with the scenery of the surrounding hills perfectly.
