This project consists of the restructuring of the Post Office Museum, located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, close to the Gare Montparnasse station. This Museum retraces the history of the post office and correspondence.
Poste Immo commissioned Jung Architectures to renovate this building dating from the 1970s, and to propose a new architectural and museographic concept highlighting the collections of the Post Office.
The original concrete will be deliberately left visible, and the remarkable facade, enlivened by decorative elements, will be preserved. The Museum will also host a space dedicated to educational workshops, privatizable spaces, a café with a view of Paris and office floors.
