This building has been completely redesigned around the idea of bringing natural light into the workspaces and biodiversity into the outdoor spaces.

It now has a green terrace that is articulated around a patio, and a new terrace has been created on the ground floor. The flat roof benefits from an exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower.

The façades were treated under two different approaches: the rear facade on the courtyard was modernised, while the street facade was discreetly renovated while respecting its heritage dimension. The treatment of the façades has improved thermal and acoustic performance.
