With its prestigious address at the prow of the Avenue de Friedland and a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe, this independent building revisits the post-Haussmannian spirit.
The building comprises comprises 2 ground floor shops and 5 floors of offices, including an exceptional top floor surrounded by a balcony and a 20 sqm. terrace.
CALQ was chosen to carry out the renovation of the office and common areas. The landings and entrance hall were clad in marble. The entrance hall deploys a set of mirrors to enlarge the space.
The façades underwent very minor interventions (renovation, replacement of the external joinery to meet acoustic and thermal requirements, replacement of the entrance door).
The renovation led to the BBC (low carbon consumption) certification.
