CALQ acted as Execution Architect and Project Manager for this new generation hostel project.
The JO&JOE Nation Open House, designed by ORY architecture, winner of the reinventer.paris 1 competition, is a hybrid youth hostel with 162 beds, open to travelers and all Parisians to encourage encounters : the ground floor houses an association space dedicated to soft mobility, a restaurant and a coworking room.
The floors and the façade on the street are made of CLT wood. The roof features a planted rooftop.
