Le Grand Contrôle
2021 - Versailles, France

Conversion of a historic complex into a 5* hotel and Alain Ducasse restaurant

12 Rue de l'Indépendance Américaine, Versailles (78)

Historic Monument

The LOV Hotel Collection/Alain Ducasse Entreprise group was selected in August 2015 to develop three buildings listed as historic monuments and convert them into a luxury 5* hotel, located along the Parterre de l’Orangerie of the Château de Versailles: the Grand Contrôle built in 1681 by Jules Hardouin-Mansart, the Petit Contrôle and the Pavillon des Premières Cents Marches.

CALQ is providing guidance and assistance on the project for coordination of studies and site management in respect of all the works of building conservation and restoration, as well as the fitting out of the future hotel and its restaurant.
