The Scor group has moved out of its offices in La Défense to relocate to 5 Avenue Kléber in Paris, a six-floor building which has been completely rethought by architectural firms DTACC, Franck Hammoutène and CALQ.
The existing building, a block in the form of a loop, was opened up by creating a covered inner street. Sections of the upmost below-ground levels were drilled for patios, to house a199-seat auditorium and a 300-seat staff restaurant.
The vegetation planted for the project was a way of enhancing the quality of the offices for users and providing the neighbourhood with a new parcel of biodiversity.
