The new GREEN OAK office building, currently being completed, is part of a desire to reduce the environmental impact of construction and the life of the building.

Designed in a mixed wood/concrete structure, with a wooden facade clad in recycled glass mosaic, it is aiming for ambitious certifications and labels: HQE® Excellent Level, BREEAM Very Good, Well Core & Shell Silver Level, Effinergie +, E+C-, Biosourced Building and Wired Score.

Mobius réemploi contributed to reducing the carbon impact of the GREEN OAK project by supplying 7,850 sqm. of reconditioned technical floor slabs!
