Our Morland Mixité Capital project, developed by CALQ and David Chipperfield Architects for Emerige, has been awarded the RIBA International Awards for Excellence 2024!
We are honoured and proud to receive this prestigious international distinction.

The prize is awarded to projects from around the world that push the boundaries of architecture and standards of excellence. This year's winners span 14 countries and represent a significant cultural shift in the way architecture is designed and built for current and future generations. Each project was visited in person by a local ambassador appointed by the RIBA.

Many thanks to the jury for rewarding this large-scale, exemplary project to transform a Parisian heritage site into a new urban block with an unprecedented mix of programmes (11 programmes). It also highlights this magnificent collective adventure, which took 6 years to complete.
