The project for the renovation ofthis existing shopping centre Les Éléis fell within the context of the reconfiguration of Cherbourg city centre with the creation of a walkway over the Bassin du Commerce.
The works, carried out between 2007 and 2013 on the occupied site, were an opportunity to modernise the facades, install day/night signage and reorganise the exterior parking spaces.
