The Generation building will be located in the Cristino Garcia - Landy neighborhood in Saint-Denis.
The architecture studio Chaix & Morel et Associés has designed an office building composed of two buildings that can accommodate 1,700 people, spread out around a garden in the heart of the block.
Rising over 6 to 7 levels as a superstructure, the buildings are punctuated by various heights, recesses, terraces and loggias, and two caesuras opening the building onto the public space and the city.
The largely glazed ground floor spaces contribute to the liveliness of the neighborhood and the public/private permeability: reception, restaurants, workshop café, shops, cafeteria, business center, fitness room and auditorium.
The project also includes two levels of infrastructure parking for 151 vehicles (including 6 persons with reduced mobility spaces - 31 electric spaces - 2 spaces for shops) and 17 for 2-wheeled vehicles.
In the garden in the heart of the project, the vegetated roofs and terraced roofs will be planted with a variety of plants adapted to the climate and non-invasive, enhancing biodiversity and favorable to pollination, and limiting water consumption while avoiding highly allergenic species.
The project aims to obtain HQE® - Commercial Building New - Excellent and BREEAM Very Good certifications, as well as the Wired Score, Well and Effinergie+ labels.
